I was ever so lucky to be surrounded by three of my favorite guys last week, and boy oh boy, was it glorious. I had a few days with my brother all to myself, which has never happened in the history of ever, where we got to catch up on life and really just hang out. My dad met us later in the week, and Joe played hooky from camp for a day while we explored Annapolis together. We made our way to the Inner Harbor a few days later, and stuffed our faces at a festival in Little Italy. I really enjoyed their company, and was sad to see them leave, save for the part where they wrecked my adorable apartment. The polka dot wall is down, the walls are bare, and there’s not a decorative accent to be seen in all the land. So go the woes of moving. As an added benefit, they left us with a giant cheese platter and a lifetime supply of toilet paper. Um… thanks guys?
The next two weeks are bustling with excitement and newness – a wedding, an engagement, three birthday celebrations, moving everything we own across town, starting a new semester (using a new textbook, woof), and kicking off a new women’s event at our church. Crazy looks good on us.
